These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Boiler Service Essex and to the use of this website.

1. Services

Boiler Service Essex provides boiler servicing, repairs, maintenance and related heating services for domestic and commercial customers.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or enquiry. Additional work required due to unforeseen issues may incur additional charges.

3. Appointments

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the boiler and heating system at the time of appointment. Missed appointments may be subject to a charge.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with UK legislation.

5. Parts & Materials

Replacement parts may carry manufacturer warranties. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects outside of warranty terms.

6. Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided.

7. Gas Safety

All gas work is carried out in accordance with current Gas Safe regulations where applicable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction.
